The goal of this report is to equip US telecom organizations with the information needed to both recover from the COVID-19 crisis and to boldly position themselves for a strong resilient future. You'll notice that it features findings such as the ones below:
- Asian consumers who switched Internet services in the past year were most likely to switch from Virgin Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile and Optimum.
- When looking at the switching behaviors of Asian Americans, we see that only 10% of those surveyed switched mobile providers in the past year.
- Asian mobile switchers were most likely to switch to T-Mobile and switch from AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
- Crunchroll, Sling TV and YouTube TV were the most popular video services that Asian households subscribed to.
