Claritas’ 2021 Asian American Telecom Report seeks to identify the strategic opportunities that telecom organizations should consider in the coming year as it pertains to the US Asian market opportunity, including their impact, emerging trends that could support, strengthen or disrupt your activities in the market, key actions to take and critical questions to ask.

The goal of this report is to equip US telecom organizations with the information needed to both recover from the COVID-19 crisis and to boldly position themselves for a strong resilient future. You'll notice that it features findings such as the ones below:

  • Asian consumers who switched Internet services in the past year were most likely to switch from Virgin Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile and Optimum.
  • When looking at the switching behaviors of Asian Americans, we see that only 10% of those surveyed switched mobile providers in the past year.
  • Asian mobile switchers were most likely to switch to T-Mobile and switch from AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
  • Crunchroll, Sling TV and YouTube TV were the most popular video services that Asian households subscribed to.
